CopperSpice Overview  1.5.1

QSaveFile has been back ported to CopperSpice. The QSaveFile class provides an interface for safely writing to files. QSaveFile is an I/O device for writing text and binary files, without losing existing data if the writing operation fails.

QSaveFile writes the contents to a temporary file. If no error occurs then the commit() method will move the temporary file to the final file. This ensures data in the final file is not lost and partially written files will not occur. Use QSafeFile when saving entire documents to disk.
